German Baking by Luisa Weiss

A collection of recipes from blogger Luisa Weiss of Wednesday Chef. This book is for the experienced baker and German pastry affficionado. It received a lot of press, you can find critiques of the recipes on Food52 and on my favorite blog, Ipso Fatto.  The lack of photos led Luisa to create a photograph of each recipe, in the same order as the book, and post it.
