I have the original, I purchased it WAY back in 2004. It’s a timeless, beautiful book with amazing recipes. Claudia Fleming was the pastry chef at the iconic Gramercy Tavern in New York, her Chocolate Caramel Tarts are worth the price of this book! The hardbound copy is a bit pricey but the Kindle version is 14.00 which I will also post a link to. But if you are looking for a holiday gift for a dessert aficionado, this would be lovely. I posted one of her cookies a simple but delicious Lemon Poppyseed Cookie (if you would like to try something out of the book first) awhile back.
